Digital Contribution Scheme – now live

Today (1st February 2024) we are launching a digital version of the contribution scheme enabling Friends to contribute to their Local Meeting, Area Meeting, a variety of Area Meeting concerns and projects and BYM using just one payment.

You can now visit (or click ‘Donate’ in the menu) to regsiter. We hope that the system is intuitive, and there is a step-by-step guide available too.

After registering you can simply login to check and update details of your planned giving: choose the organisations you wish to support and the amount of your donations, choose your preferred payment method, and whether you would like to apply Gift Aid. The information can then go off to the Contributions treasurer (Stephen Holt of Warwick Meeting) once you click the “save” button.

It is intended that this will eventually replace the existing card system you may be familiar with. Of course we appreciate that some Friends will prefer to use a paper-based system so for a while the two different approaches will run together.

We have written to all existing donors with instructions, and we invite both new and existing donors to register for the online Contributions Scheme from now on.
