Resources for Local Meetings

There are a variety of physical resources held centrally available for borrowing. We are also beginning to build a library of online resources.

An Outreach Box, larger outreach items and hybrid meeting equipment are available for borrowing by Local Meetings in Central England. Please contact the CEQ Office for more details and to arrange borrowing.

Outreach box

A box of outreach materials has been put together and is available to borrow from the Area Meeting office for stalls, open days etc. Containing:

  • a selection of leaflets,
  • a leaflet holder,
  • Advices and Queries,
  • T shirts,
  • badges,
  • tote bags,
  • a wallet of A3 outreach posters.

Larger Outreach Items

There are also larger outreach items available including

  • A badge maker,
  • Free-standing banners with ‘Quakers – live adventurously’ for outdoor use,
  • Fold-out velcro display stands and Quaker posters to stick on them,
  • A folding table,
  • 4x folding chairs,
  • A fold-out gazebo 3x3m.

Hybrid Meeting Equipment

The office also has hybrid meeting equipment which can be borrowed by Local Meetings or committees. Including:

  • projector,
  • screen,
  • two paired handheld microphones,
  • omnidirectional microphone,
  • good quality computer speakers.
