Children & Young People

Young Friends, when gathered together, often form the most incredible communities in short periods of time. Communities of young Friends have the power to change lives for the better. Clair Reddy, Whispers of Faith.

Children and young people are valued and important members of the Central England Quaker community.

Youth Group

A youth group for 10-18 year olds runs regularly, usually on the first Saturday of the month from 6-8pm. It moves around local Meeting Houses. Sometimes special events are organised such as outdoor pursuits days, canal boat trips, picnics, bonfires and sleepovers. For more information please contact admin@ceaqm.org.uk

  • Campfire Quaker Meeting 29/09/2024 at Cotteridge Park, Birmingham.  Cotteridge Children and Young People's Meeting invite you to come and experience a Quaker Meeting around the campfire. Suitable for all ages. What to expect: A few minutes of quiet at the start. Activities exploring Quaker values of peace, equality, truth and simplicity. Marshmallows and popcorn!
