Short for Local Development Workers, who are employed by Quakers in Britain, based in different parts of the Yearly Meeting. Working with friends in a group of area meetings, their role is to make sure that Quaker communities are able to thrive. They are available to individuals, local Quaker meetings, area meetings, and other Quaker groups. Read more about LDWs.
