Our project Peacemakers are running a special online fundraiser for their Schools Bursary Pot, to allow them to offer a subsidy to interested schools that cannot afford the full price of their highly effective programmes.

The crowdfunder will be launched on World Peace Day, this Monday 21 September, and close in the run up to Christmas. This means that it is not searchable till Word Peace Day, but the site is live and early donations are welcome on the Chuffed fundraising website.

Peacemakers was born from the inspiration of Quakers in Central England (and is a branch of our Area Meeting). They describe peace education as “developing and practising the tools, skills and confidence to build peace within ourselves, peace among those we live and work with, and peace in the wider world.”
