The Greenhouse at Barnes Close is a Retreat Centre for Justice, Reconciliation and Peace, formerly belonging to the Cadbury family. It has hosted our recent Quaker Family Gatherings, alongside a programme of retreats for the public.

They are recruiting a paid, part-time Volunteer Coordinator to “grow and develop our current volunteer work into a thriving and sustainable programme. Our large Cadbury family home with five acres of beautiful grounds is a retreat centre for justice, reconciliation and peace. As a result of this role it will become a fantastic space for volunteers to flourish while supporting the physical place, vision and work of the charity.”

Contract: One-year fixed term (potential for renewal subject to grant funding)
Hours: Part-time 20 hours per week, flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings
Salary: £13,609 (£25,516 pro rata)
