Friends are also invited to attend a Fire Ceremony at the Arya Samaj Vedic Temple, 321 Rookery Road, Handsworth, B21 9PR Sunday 2nd November 11am – 12 noon followed by lunch at 1pm. The invitation comes from Sanjive Mahandru of Selly Oak Meeting. Arya Samaj looks to the teaching of the Vedas and the relationship of people to God and Nature. Then from 9th – 16th November, Interfaith Week also offers opportunities to connect with other faith groups, and learn from each other.
