This month: The last Ealing Comedy: Five oddball criminals planning a bank robbery rent rooms on a cul-de-sac from an octogenarian widow under the pretext that they are classical musicians!
We are using a Church Video License. This permits us to show a very wide range of films and videos as long as we do not advertise them in advance, or charge for admission. We are only allowed to name the titles inside our building, so anyone wanting to know the titles should visit our premises. We can advise the themes of the films and the dates when we are showing them. You can treat the descriptions as a quiz – “Guess which film this is!!”
Friends are planning a season of films over the winter holiday period. We will seek to see if there is the demand for films and shared meals on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day when many people are alone.
Feed-Back would be welcome. We plan to show a series of three films about returning to the future between Christmas and New year.
