Coventry Quaker Meeting share a new video this Quaker week, and have appeared in BBC news as they receive a grant to help make their Meeting House more accessible.

Coventry Quakers have produced a video welcoming people to their Local Meeting, which has launched for Quaker Week. The video gives a brief introduction to the Meeting House, Quaker worship and rooms for hire, and invites people to join them. Coventry Quakers have also been featured in BBC news as they will receive a £25,000 grant that will fund improvements to their Meeting House to make it more accessible.

“The grant is part of a £1m payout by the National Churches Trust to help keep churches, meeting houses and chapels open and in use.

Changes made to the building will enable the site to be used by more members of the community, and host events to combat loneliness.”
