Oak Tree House Trust is a charity providing independent living to people aged 55 plus. It is founded on Quaker values with ongoing Quaker involvement in the social life and governance of the charity.
There are currently one-bedroom apartments available at Oak Tree House. Each flat is self-contained, and furnished by the resident, with access to communal lounge, dining room, garden and laundry areas.
Designed and built in the late 1960s on the Bournville Village Estate, Oak Tree House is close to shops and parks, and has good transport links. It is also very near to both Bournville and Selly Oak Meeting Houses, and to the Quaker Study Centre, Woodbrooke.
Oak Tree House Trust is now run by Sir Josiah Mason Trust (SJMT) a family of Charities in the West Midlands. For more information please visit the SJMT website, or contact enquiries@sjmt.org.uk 0121 245 1002
