Kate McNally of Woodbrooke is carrying out a survey of anti-racist work in Britain, as part of an Eva Koch scholarship. You can complete the survey online, it should take 10-15 mins and closes on 30th November 2022.
Kate says:
“As you know, Britain Yearly Meeting has three minutes relating to racism/diversity. Minute 38 in 2017 calls for us to examine our own diversity, minute 17 in 2021 calls for BYM to become an anti-racist faith community, and minute 27 from 2022 calls for Friends to consider how Quakers in Britain might make reparations for the slave trade. As part of my Eva Koch scholarship, this survey aims to understand how Friends are responding to these minutes.”
