The process that Quakers use to find appropriate people to carry out roles within our community (usually for up to three years).  A nominations committee meets to suggest potential names, and then discern who is the right name for the role at this time.  This includes considering what gifts those people will bring to the role, and also how the role may support them in their spiritual journey.
