Area Meeting is responsible for Eldership and Pastoral Care.
Elders and Pastoral Friends Support Group exists to support Elders and Pastoral Friends within Central England Area meeting.
The support group needs up to 12 members, nominated by CEQ nominations committee from the list of Elders and Pastoral Friends.
The support Group meets six times a year.
The support group:
- responds to requests for support;
- organises events for Elders and Pastoral Friends;
- receives and considers memorial minutes;
- facilitates intervisitation, Intervisitation Sundays;
- identifies issues, and considers how to best help and support.
